Coverage B of the policy provides coverage for loss to appurtenant structures owned by the insured. Coverage C of the policy provides coverage for personal property owned or used by the insured. Coverage D of the policy provides coverage for alternative living arrangements if the dwelling is unfit to live in as a result of quake damage. Coverage E of the policy provides coverage for upgrading the quake damaged dwelling to new building codes if required.
